Wheeled Barricades wait to be deployed in the evening for crowd control when their is special chanting with people floating hundreds of earthen lamps on broad leaves which go a long distance down the Ganges. It is a dream like atmosphere. People come from all over India to listen and watch this special evening ceremony called ‘Aarti.’
